What Do You Do When the Snow Starts to Melt?

What do you do when the snow starts to melt?

Have Daddy dig a trench and race Duckies!!!  We had a pretty big puddle in the back yard so daddy dug it out a bit to help get the water to go to the street, that turned into a river!  The kids next door brought their duckies outside, and they let me use them!

I had the little baby duckie, he was really CUTE!

There they go!  The water made a little tunnel for the duckies to go through.  Mama's duckie got stuck because the water got too shallow, but my duckie came and pushed hers along.

I am LOVING this warm weather.  I got to wear my crock shoes, I got to play in my car, and I got to be outside!!!!!!!!

Have a good night, tomorrow is more Easter fun!

Bowl-O-Rama

This past weekend we had a going-away party for some of our neighbors.  Cottage Lane is known for their summer campfires, and they aren't going to be quite the same without the Adamson Clan.

We had the going-away party at the local Bowling Alley, I had been there lots of times to watch Mama, but I had never gotten to do it on my own.  Here is a picture of part of our group, there were lots of friends there so I couldn't fit everybody into one photo...

Daddy helped my do my first ball, he found this neat ramp thing for me to use, it was a little tall, but it still worked...I knocked over some pins!!

The next time it was my turn to bowl Mama helped me!  I wanted to bowl like the big kids, but the ball was too heavy, so we just rolled it together...

Mama said it is VERY important to watch the ball go all the way down...

I only got to bowl two frames and then I had to go home, but I am sure my team won.  Here is a picture of me with the tickets I won playing the arcade games at the bowling alley, it sure was a great time!

Have a great night!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patty's Day everybody!

Turns out, today was Green Day, evidently that is what you do for St. Patty's.

I woke up this morning and thought I was going to have my cereal for breakfast like normal, but a Leprechaun visited overnight and turned my cereal GREEN!  I don't know what a Leprechaun is, but I think he is pretty cool, I think green cereal tastes even better than regular cereal!

After breakfast we got ready for church, not only did the leprechaun visit my house, but he also visited church because everybody there was wearing green too!  My friends that we sit next to were wearing green head-to-toe.  It was great!

After church we took a road trip to visit my Auntie Megan and soon-to-be Uncle Tommy.  We had plenty of play time, and his nephew Ryan came to visit too!  Ryan was born only 5 days after me and we sure had a great time playing.  Megan and Tommy made a really yummy dinner and then they asked if Ryan and I wanted to be in their wedding!  I get to be a FLOWER GIRL!

It was a great night, I can't wait until I get to pick out my twirling dress!  Here is one more photo before I go, like my green milk mustache?!?!

See you soon!

Playing 'puter

Hey guys!

Sorry I have been missing for a while, this winter weather and day-light savings thing has really gotten to me!

Mama came home from work the other day and found Daddy and me playing in one of my favorite places, Grandma's Room!

I love playing on Grandma's Bed, the blanket is really fluffy, and the pillows are so soft!  Plus, there are extra blankets to cuddle with and lay on.  The best part is the 'puter (Mama and Daddy call it an alarm clock, but I am CERTAIN it is a computer).  I love pushing the buttons, and sometimes it even makes a fuzzy noise.  I could sit in Grandma's Room and play with it all day.

The last time Grandma was here I was in here room and played with the 'puter, I did so good that the next morning it woke her up at 5am!!  I don't think she liked it...

Off to bed,

Valentines Play Date with Declan

It has been a little while since my good friend Declan came over for a play date, but we had so much fun that I had to write a post about it.

I have to admit, when he first got here I was NOT impressed, I knew I was going to have to share my toys, but he wanted to share my Daddy...Not. Cool.

Mama decided we needed to change activities so she got out some new play-doh and some fun cookie cutters!  We both had a great time, I liked the "angel-man" (Mama called it a gingerbread man) Declan liked making balls and throwing them!

After Play-doh Declan wanted to play Pizza and Blocks.

After all that playing it was time to eat.  Mama made home-made chicken nuggets and tater tots.  She even gave us special ketchup, I got an L for Linden...

And Declan got a D!

After eating we went back to playing...Declan liked my car...

and we had a great time playing in my tent!

It was great having a friend over, he pushed me in my stroller...

and then I pushed him!

As you can see from all of the photos, we played with pretty much ALL of my toys...you might think he was at my house all day, but it was just a couple hours!!  Of course, all good play dates end with Wheel, good thing my friend Declan likes it just as much as I do!!

After all that playing we had the sharing thing figured out, we shared the couch and ate apple sauce together! What a great way to end the night!

That's all there is folks!
